The General Dermatology consultation is the patient's gateway to the specialty, the place where the majority of dermatological complaints/conditions are assessed and treated. In this area I deal primarily with skin conditions arising in the community that have not previously been seen by a dermatologist, as well as skin conditions referred by other colleagues.
