Dermatopathology is the field dedicated to the study of all surgical specimens obtained from excisions and biopsies carried out in my practice. A high-quality dermatology service requires the support of a dermatopathologist with extensive experience in skin conditions. The histological samples from my practice are sent to Unilabs, where they are preferentially assessed by Dr Margarida Fernandes.
