Neurofibroma
A benign tumour of the nerve sheath: a soft, skin-coloured papule or nodule that can be "pushed in" with pressure. A single one is common and harmless.
When they are multiple or appear alongside café-au-lait patches, it may be neurofibromatosis — in which case a dedicated assessment is warranted. Confirmation is histological.
