Sutton's naevus (halo naevus)
A mole surrounded by a white, depigmented halo — the immune system "erasing" the naevus, a phenomenon that is generally benign in young people.
Dermoscopy confirms that it is benign; multiple halo naevi warrant a full skin examination.
