Squamous cell carcinoma in situ / Bowen's disease
An early form of squamous cell carcinoma, still confined to the epidermis — a persistent red, scaly patch on sun-exposed areas.
At this stage treatment is straightforward and the cure complete; this is the best time to catch it.
