Hidradenitis suppurativa
A chronic inflammatory disease with painful lumps and recurrent abscesses in the armpits, groin and buttocks.
It is not a matter of poor hygiene, nor simply "boils": there is structured medical treatment, and the earlier it starts the more effective it is.
