Anogenital condylomata acuminata
«Genital warts», caused by HPV — the most common sexually transmitted infection. They appear as raised, cauliflower-like lesions in the genital or anal area.
There are several effective treatments (cryotherapy, immunomodulators, electrosurgery); screening your partner and HPV vaccination are also part of the approach.
