Candidal balanitis
Inflammation of the glans caused by the fungus Candida, with redness, burning and sometimes whitish spots — more common in uncircumcised men and in people with diabetes.
Treatment is straightforward; repeated recurrences warrant looking for underlying predisposing factors.
